We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. All orders will ship within 1-3 days after payment is cleared.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is shipped. If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately. Our products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns. We can refund you the money for the item that was sent by error or send you the correct item free of charge. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure they are not allergic to our products. Everyone's skin is different so be sure to read ingredient labels before buying. If you are known to have sensitive skin, please test on a small part of your arm for a few days prior to using it all over.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that was a result of a mistake in our system. For example, if we price our soap for $0.06 instead of $6.00 and you buy 100 bars at $0.06 then we have the right to cancel your order due to a computer error or human error.
